Your First Visit
During your first visit to our office, we’ll collect your patient forms and help you get comfortable in our waiting room. You’ll be called back to our treatment area shortly, where we’ll capture X-rays and images of the inside of your mouth in order to diagnose any oral health problems that you are currently suffering from. You’ll be given a thorough exam and cleaning, and we’ll ask about any specific concerns you’ve had lately. At the end of your visit, we’ll discuss any treatments that might be necessary to protect your oral health and help you plan accordingly.
You’ll need to fill out some paperwork when visiting our office for the first time. This gives us important context about your oral health history and anything you might currently be concerned about. You can always ask our team members for help if there’s anything on the forms that you don’t understand or if you’re not sure how to answer a particular question. Once the paperwork is complete, all you need to do is look forward to a comfortable, straightforward dental appointment.
When it comes to dental insurance, we accept Delta Dental and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. We participate with other providers as long as they are an in-network provider. Our oral health team members will be happy to assist you in understanding and maximizing your dental benefits with regards to your insurance plan. We’ll gladly help you fill out the necessary forms as well – just stop by our office near Farmington in Plainville to learn more!
